It seems he is not exclusively your boyfriend if he's kissing your best friend. And what about her, she should have known better, and stopped that kiss from happening.
If I were you, I drop them both, as they obviously, have no respect for you.

If he likes you he wouldn't be kissing your best friend, now would he? What you should do is concentrate on being young lady, getting your education, maybe an after school job, for socializing and enjoying your life. Don't get to serious about boys, and two faced friends right now.

discuss this with your boyfriend and let him tell the truth and after that, it's the right time to decide if you need to dump him..You still need to know the real story.. Ask this to your best friend to..
But there's a possiblity that maybe your best friend likes your boyfriend and just hanging out with you to get near your man..

If your boyfriend likes you a lot, he would not kiss your best friend. You should break up with him and move on to someone who WILL like you a lot.
Also, I would reconsider whether or not your "bestfriend" is really your "bestfriend", because true friends don't do things that will hurt one another.

You should ask him whats going on first. Talk things out with him and figure out your relationship. That's the right thing to do. Personally I would dump him on the spot but im a very compulsive person. Listen to your heart and if he is worth it to you ask and talk. The key to relationships is communication.
