He only eats shrimp, white chicken breast and mac and cheese...His grandmother has her own restuarant but he doesn't even eat anything but what I mentioned. I tried to make things as plain as I can and he does try it but don't eat it...What can I do to get him to try out new foods and like it?

Everyone has their own tastes, and he'll only eat what he likes. If you like him, accept him the way he is. Maybe someday his tastes will change and he will be willing to try new things.

I've known people that ate worse than that, like-junk food all the time..too much shrimp is very bad for your health..should only eat it once a week at the most..chicken is healthy..not weird maybe, see if he'll try new things, but you can't force-feed him..perhaps if he found out his cholesteral level he might try some better foods like vegtables and fruits..good luck

Not a thing, he has to learn to love other foods. What he eats is a poor diet. Buy a book on eating the correct foods for good health, he might read it and follow their suggestions.

Sorry - but people with food aversions usually have allergies or are just really food phobic. There is nothing you can do but enjoy the foods you enjoy and maybe as he matures his choices might expand. Don't count on it though. Good Luck!

Absolutely nothing. My youngest cousin (she's 14 now) only eats plain, steam-cooked vegan rice and corn, and we all know that there's something wrong with her mentally. Just accept him for who he is.
