For some people it comes and goes, like waves in the ocean. Right now I am out in that ocean over my head.

Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..

But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

Yes and sometimes for days and I have no explanation why.I just get that way without a reason or cause.Once the feeling comes the only thing I can do is stick it out until the feeling goes away.

hi, and yes. I have had postnatal depression twice. The first time it went undiagnosed for three years and turned into severe depression. Second time I knew straight away and sought treatment.

Yes, I have for years!!! I'm 33 and finally got on medication a few years ago which helped a lot, therapy also helped me. I took up exercising and found a really fun hobby too. Making myself get up and do things is a lot easier for me.

I do bad . Doctor just prescribed Paxil will see what that does I have never taken any thing but I think it's time . Hang in there it will get better...God bless..
