Contact the local police or sheriff's dept. (whichever has jurisdiction of your area).
There is such a thing as a parking violation , impeding...etc...
It's possible that they also have other vehicular violations such as tickets, no registration, etc...
If your vehicle does get hit due to her then don't hesitate to take her to civil court.
Make sure you take pictures of your car as it is now w/o damages. Also, take of the parking area and of the other cars. Make sure all of this is dated. When and if something should occur then take pictures asap to show the differences. Don't be afraid to let them see you taking the photos. Also, send her a certified returned receipt letter asking her not to block your driveway and delineate the reasons. Try to find city codes for parking and list them as well. In this way, if you have to take her to small claims court you will be able to prove that she was made aware. Check on nuisance laws as well.
Good Luck!

Kimi, if your neighbors are legally parked on the street, and are not blocking your driveway in any way, then all you can do is get real good at backing your car out of narrow, confined spaces.
I feel for you, because we have much the same problem. I drive an extended-cab full-sized pickup truck, and our street is very narrow. Sometimes there are cars parked on our side of the street right up against both sides of our driveway, and cars parked directly across the street. There are times when it has taken me nearly ten minutes of back-and-forth maneuvering, going back and forth, and sweating literally every inch of the distance, to get the truck out. A real pain in the patootie. And oh yeah, the first month we had the truck, before we adjusted to driving it, we did back into a neighbor's car and have to pay for fixing it. (He tried to cheat us, too, but that's another story.)
But there is nothing I can do. The neighbors are all legally parked. They have the right to park anywhere on the street where it is legal, and although it does frost me when they have room to park somewhere else and make life easier for me, that's my problem, not theirs.
That sounds like your situation. You can ask your neighbors nicely if they would park somewhere else, but I'd leave it at that if I were you. Just keep telling yourself, as you wrestle with the steering wheel of your car, that you're going to be an expert in backing out of tight places.
Good luck!

Have you asked him nicely to park elsewhere? Without videos/threats? Basically, unless your city has an ordinance or there's a HOA rule about parking behind driveways you're out of luck. Again, unless it's illegal no one will take you seriously. You'll just have to learn to back out carefully. Or perhaps you could back into your own driveway and then just drive out the driveway and not have to worry about maneuvering around the truck. I'm honestly confused about why you're so upset about this - sure it's a bit annoying, but it's part of suburban living.

If I understand what you're saying, they are parked on the street, across the street from your driveway? So they're legally parked, but you just find it inconvenient to pull out with a car there?
If that's the case, I wouldn't move either! I can't believe you would have the gall to try to dictate to someone where on the street they are allowed to park their car! Your complaint is that they want to park their cars in front of their house? And you think THEY'RE the rude and lazy neighbors?

The neighbors kept infringing on my mom's driveway making it almost impossible to get in and out safely so my mother called the city and they painted a red line over which the neighbors couldn't park and if they did my mom called the police.

This happens to me sometimes too. Just be careful backing out. And if you can, back your car in, that way it will be easier to get out. It is probably not illegal for them to park in the street, across from your driveway.

Get a piece of paper and make a document stating that you have informed your neighbor about blocking the drive way and have one or two witnesses sign it. Then put in an envelope and sel it. Then if one of your vehicles hits one of hers because some of the drive way was blocked, you have that document as proof that you told her about blocking the drive way and that will help you out. Also date the document when it was made and signed.

It's sad. These neighbors smell like trouble and don't care.
I definitely wouldn't communicate with tehm as they are purposely doing this and trying to get a rise out of you. I would just do my best. But when it gets serious I would call a tow truck driver.
