this girl is really cute and smart and giving but i dont now if she likes me the way i like her but we play around sometimes, should i tell her how i feel

Well you can try to talk to her and see how she is and then after a few days or when you feel comftible tell her your hopefully a good guy so dont worry

Keep the friendship going..wait for awhile longer then make some hints as to the way you feel about her and see how she reacts. If shes as nice as you think she will tell you how she feels.
