i heard that if u laugh at least laugh for 15 minutes a day it would help u lose weight. if not, i really would like an easy way to lose weight. mostly just my stomach, i do crunches and that is not working, it is takin too longggg

Stomach crunches alone won't help you lose weight (and, uh, neither will laughing, though it's good for other things like your mood!). You need to eat less and exercise more -- it's a pretty simple formula. Try increasing your daily activity levels by a little bit each week -- take the stairs instead of the elevator, fit in some brisk walks every day, do push-ups and stomach crunches in front of the TV, etc. And try replacing one high-calorie food you eat regularly with a low-calorie one instaed (or just cut that extra food out altogether).

There is no really easy way to lose weight. It takes a while to put on and a while to lose. Find some low fat snacks you like to add to a sensible diet and reasonable exercise and just be patient. Laughing does a lot to help with many aspects of your life but if laughing helped you lose weight, how do you explain Ralphie May?

I saw a news report saying that laughing will help you lose weight. The news also said there was a new class, "Laughing Yoga".

Easy --- well, what interests us seems easy. Sounds like you just need to experiment with stuff to do. Try Rollerblading ... Ice Skating ... Baseball ... Horseback Riding (freaking hard workout --- ouch) ... Yoga ... Dancing ... Martial Arts (Karate, Kick-boxing) ... Sking ... Surfing ... Flag Football ... just leave your comfort zone, and try new stuff that's active.

How bout liposuction? It doesn't get much easier than laying your *** on a table and having a vacuum shoved in it. Or you could try eating less, eating properly and exercise. Just walking is super easy. Try walking a couple miles a day.

it does, but i'm not sure how much. when you laugh, you work your abs, so the muscle you gain will help you burn more calories

you can try tapping your feet or hands throughout the day, even though it might not seem like a lot. but in a test reader's digest did, they fed people 1000 extra calories everyday. and after three months or so, the people who constantly tapped their feet didn't gain a single pound

No laughing won't help you lose weight!Try..............eating healther foods or jumpping jack or something like that.
