when u say that she doesn't know ur alive, maybe u can make subtle moves to let her know exist! i am 13 also and i know that usually when u are just urself, it makes a huge difference(the good kind! ).
if u see her having trouble in one of ur classes, offer to help! it will come off really sweet and caring. if she drops something, help her out! it's the simple things that will make her notice u.
remember though, if she can't appreciate u or makes fun or something (remember, there will always be mean girls) don't be crushed. you'll be better off without her.

here's what you do:
1.start by saying hi to her in the first class you have together. ex "hi. im (whoever you are". i dont think we have ever met before."
2. in your next class ask her about the hw. you didn't understand it, whatever.
3. in your last class ask "how has your day been so far?"

Tell her you are going out for a cola after school and would like to ask her a question about one of the assignments. Then make sure that you bring an assignment to ask about!! PAY for her drink and talk to her about herself. Ask her a few questions about her family and friends and see where it leads to. Make sure that everything you talk about is just lite fun. DON'T get SERIOUS! Have fun.

Since you're in several classes together, it should be pretty easy to casually talk to her for a minute or so about one of your assignments. Just be friendly and see how it goes as a starter. Good luck!

Well if you want her to notice you, you should find out all the stuff that she likes. For instance try to find out what kind of books and whats her favorite movie. And then try to talk to her about it.

talk to her about something, something innocent like homework and say something to make her laugh
if you guys get paired up in a proj. ask for her phone or cell number (i've tried it works pretty well)
if after you tried talking to her and she doesn't respond much, just give up, it means she's not interested
