They also do it when I get really nervous or angry. My hands will shake and my leg will do that thing were it goes up and down. What would be the possible cause of it? I don't smoke, do drugs, drink a lot caffeine, or anything.

I also test my blood sugar every so often. It seems fine.

How old are you? Do you shake all the time, or just when you're experiencing high emotion? Do your parents or other family members have this problem?

Depending on your answers, it could be early Parkinsons, it could be simply an inherited trait, maybe just a HUGE case of nerves...

If you're worried, make an appointment with your family doctor. He/she should be able to help you find the cause.

My friends hand does it, and we never found out! I wish we would've. Maybe its just something going on in your bodyy.. ?
