Here's how it works: When you go to the DMV & apply for the Drunk Drvers License, they give you shot after shot untill you're good & buzzed and you get to drive on a special driving track with little obsticals to see how good of a driver you are when you drunk. And the highest liquor intake you had before failing the test course, thats how much you're able to drink without getting a DUI. !!!
Tell me this isn't genius! The dumb drunk drivers who get behind the wheel, can't even see straight and end up killing innocent people are giving us excellent drunk drivers who know what they're doing a bad name. I want everyone to write a letter to their local DMV and start a Drunk Drivers License petition!! Who's with me!

What I did is get drunk before I went down and had my driver's license renewed. I was all sht faced and had my picture taken while I was drunk. Now when the police stop me, they look at the license, and they look at me. then thhey say, yeah, go ahead, you look all right. Also you should think about joining D.A.M.M. (Drunks Against Mad Mothers)

I hope that you are joking around just to see what kind of answers that you can get to a question this idiotic. I hope that I am never on the road when you're drinking and driving. It doesn't matter what happens. My fiance is an EMT and a Volunteer Firefighter, and I can't tell you how many times he's come home from a call that was an accident by a drunk driver. One time the guy was talking about how many times that he's driven drunk and that this was his first accident. It only takes once, and someone is dead. I honestly think that you should be ashamed of yourself for even thinking that. I am glad that in GA they have the entire zero tolerance law. You know, millions of people die a year in car accidents because of drunk people and it's illegal. I don't even want to imagine how many people would die if they made drunk driving legal. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!! It's one thing to put your own life in danger, but others too? How bad would you feel if you were driving drunk, even though you've done it many times, and you hit someone and they had their baby or children in the car? What would happen if one of them died? You would end up in jail for life, and cause that family so much heartache and grief, just because you felt that you were ok and didn't want to have the hassle and spend the money on a cab. You are a selfish fool!!!!!!

Well, first off, who would be willing to administer the driving portion of the test. second, are we just talking legally drunk or almost dead drunk. third, would you be willing to create separate streets for the Drunk Drivers only.

My dad used to drive drunk .. so when I got my license, I drove him everywhere. That meant that my school work suffered. The best thing is just to give up drinking all together and live a happy life.

I hear a person drives, on average, 50 times drunk before they get a DUI. Don't know how to confirm this.

Driving under the influence, bad idea. Even if you drive perfectly for eons doing it. your reflexes are greatly reduced and if something comes up suddenly you may not react in time.

The issue with driving at all times is not how well you drive but how well you respond to the unforeseen idiocy of other drivers.

Arrrgh, it /kills/ me to come down on the other side of this one. But, well. I'm an excellent drunk driver and crashed twice, ten years apart. Neither were my fault, but I got nailed both times. Just don't do it.

Someone needs to see AA ...

No but seriously, you are foolish. Not even the "best" drunk driver can avoid accidents. Ever. Trust me. You WILL FIND OUT THE HARD WAY!!!

NO
and it is not funny!

There are some stupid people that think they are OK driving even when drunk but they are WRONG! It has been proven over and over again that people's driving gets worse they more they drink.
