Cut everything bite size. Mix in a cup of vanilla yoghurt (however much you think looks right) and a handful of chopped pecans.

Put a nice looking lettuce leaf on a plate and scoop your salad onto it.

A special dipping dressing for fruit. Sour cream softened, add brown sugar and mix very well. This is so good it is off the charts. All fruit can be used in it.

Hi !!!
Here are three recipes that I use, you can stir in these various mixtures with your choice of fruits or you can simply spoon these mixtures over the top of the fruits and serve in individual dishes.

Fruit Salad Dressing

1/3 cup granulated sugar
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 eggs
6 ounces cream cheese, whipped

In a double boiler mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add lemon juice, orange juice and pineapple juice. Cook over warm water for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Beat eggs and slowly add to cooked mixture. (It is best to add a little cooked mixture to the eggs and blend well, then return to double boiler.) Cook, stirring, 5 minutes more. Cool and blend with cream cheese. Stores well in refrigerator for several weeks.

Makes about 2 cups.

All you need now is some whipped cream - or mix a little honey into some sour cream, then toss gently with your fruit.
