Is there a difference in the length of the m4 carbine shoulder rest? for some reason i fell that when i change the length of my m4 carbine(air soft) that its i defferent style like ones army, ones mariens, ect. is there a difference like this or something elss.

If the air soft has the same type of adjustable stock as the real M4, you can adjust it by pulling the adjustment lever and it should slide back and forth into different locking positions. If you have a aling attached, make sure it's not in the way of that adjustment lever thingy. This is for the real M4, so if the air soft type is different, I can't help you.

The M4 carbine has an adjustable butstock. The marine and army M4's are the same weapons just different accessories are used at times that might make them look different but both military forces use the same weapons.

An airsoft carbine is probably different than an authentic M4. The stocks for m4 or m-16 etc are all similar in that they contain the recoil spring and plunger. the stocks themselves can be molded in different styles, but usually they are either collapsible or standard. The collapsible stocks come in different variations, but all are very similar.
