Ah, good old placebo and positive thinking. They are just beginning to understand the biology of why they work:

They still don't understand it completely, but a picture is beginning to emerge. Belief that you are being cured promotes better brain chemistry, which interacts with the immune system to encourage healing, or in the case of pain, leads to release of natural painkillers. Its amazing how much potential we have to cure ourselves; the prayer or quack medicine is all about unlocking that potential.

YEAH i totally belive it and i saw a prayer answered in front of my eyes... in less than a month for a case that was immposible to be cured but it did with the power of allah... so i do belive it could happen

Yeah lets give the credit to "god", why don't we give it to the people who really cured them, their called Doctors and went to school for 8+ years and in return for them helping people, people turn around and thank some other invisible person.

I believe that prayer can cure diseases because it cured my pastors wife of breast cancer and she is a living testimony.

And it doesn't need be in the form of prayer either.
