It should be, It is a quite popular pain releiver in the states.
Most druggists carry it over the counter.
If i recall you have Target stores and Target is where I get it in the US.
Otherwise you can order it from CVS or Walgreens etc over the net.

I have no idea if its available in Australia, but its basically just caffein, tylenol and asprin, so just drink a cup of coffee, take a tylenol, and an asprin and its pretty much the exact same thing. That's what I do when I have a headache and have no excedrine and it works just as good. Hope it works for ya.

in the u.s. its available anywhere from grocery stores to pharmcies. australia i do not know sorry! i would think pharmacy.
