You need:
Lamb Mince
Onions
Carrots
Peas
Potatoes
OXO cube
gravy granules or cornflower
1. Brown off the mince and onions with olive oil.
2. Crumble up an OXO cube (meat stock)
3. Add half cooked and chopped carrots (diced)
4. Add frozen peas & mix it all in
5. For flavour add Lea & Perrins Worcs Sauce or a splash of Brown Sauce.
6. To make the stock you can use gravy granules and hot water or make you own with cornflower. Put plent of water in as when it simmers it condenses down.
7. When all that mixture is cooked place it in a oven proof dish with a couple of inches spare at the top.
8. Peel, boil and cook potatoes.
9. Mash them when done with a bit of butter and/or cream cheese.
10. Spread the mash evenly across the mince mixture. ~Use a fork and press down - if you slide it will get mixed up.
11. Top with grated cheese and slices of tomato!
12. Bake in oven until brown on top and cheese has melted.
HOPE THIS IS OK & BON APPETITE! x

ENGLISH SHEPHERD PIE
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 lbs. chopped beef
4 large sliced carrots
2 cups peas
Small amount of cooking fat
3 cups water
6 cups mashed potatoes
GRAVY:
2 cubes beef bouillon
1 tsp. marmite bisto to thicken
Gravy ingredients are available from Fiesta.
Cook onions in oil until transparent. Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat. Add water, crumble bouillon cubes, marmite and carrots. Simmer gently for 10-20 minutes, stirring frequently, do not let it cook dry. Add more water if necessary. Mix bisto according to directions on tin and add to meat mixture, stirring continuously until the gravy thickens. Place meat mixture into an oven proof casserole dish, if the gravy covers the meat mixture drain off and reserve to use later. I would advise to make lots of gravy. Spoon peas over mixture, and top with mashed potatoes, making a design with a fork on top. Place under broiler until top is a golden brown and serve immediately with the extra gravy.

Instant mash potato,
Several Cans of Beef Stew.
Bag Shredded Cheese.
Forgot, a bag of frozen peas. (Optional)
You can guess how to build it and throw that in the oven. I usually warm everything up first separately. And prepare the mash potatoes as directed.
Heck, I have a full time job and cook almost every night for my wife and kids. What do you expect. Gourmet :D
