I'm sure they found something, but as to whether it was the actual spear that pierced Christ's side, well, that's more a matter of belief. It's an inconsequential one, methinks, but up to the individual to discern.

The spear that pierced the side of Jesus on the cross to prove to the Roman guards that He was dead is real. But it went with the guard when he walked away. The next day he walked around with it at his side and each day after that. Why would some one care about the spear at that time? Others who made up the stories later just wanted something to talk about and the spear was an attention-getter.

GAHHHHHHH Dont look for that youll be looking for trouble! Yes it exists but it is used to kill someone specifically. The spear of destiny is used to give Destiny the angelic her powers. People will say its the spear that poked christ, but thats all horsecrap.

doubtful. it was just any man's spear, and it's not likely that they carried the same spear all the time. it's not the actual spear.
