I need help writing a letter...so how do I get the little paper clip guy to pop up and ask if I need help? I'm using Microsoft Word and it isn't working automatically. What can I do?

When you are in MS office simply press F1 at the top of your keyboard or go to Help-Show Office Assistant.

Open Microsoft Word and click 'Help' Expand the box until you find 'Show the Office Assistant'. He should appear immediately, but if he does not, then a window should tell you that the feature is not installed. It installs quickly, less than a minute, and he's all ready to help you start writing! You can get rid of him by going to 'Help' again adn clicking on 'Hide the Office Assistant'.

easily, Clippy lived extensively longer than 4 years. He died even as be conscious 2007 debuted. He merely wasn't grew to change into on by default in be conscious 2002 and 2003. R.I.P. Clippy, Will, Albert and the others.

Go to the Help menu, and hit "Show the Office Assistant." If it's something other than the paper clip guy, right-click it and choose "Choose Assistant."
