i say 360. dlp, i have a 360 and it is great , i like microsoft allot better than sony any way. but sony does have a built in blueray. but you can get a hddvd addon to the 360 for 200 bucks thats like the same price as the ps3. as for as the tv. when you say flat you mean thin right. then its a lcd, sony doesnt make plasmas any more. and i like the picture on a dlp better than a lcd but with the flat panel lcds ( the thin ones) then there is a bigger viewing angle that the dlps. , but i really hate sony. they might make ok stuff but the company sucks and are really shady. they produce bad karma as a company. do you support that?

I would go with the PS3/Sony combo. The PS3 has built-in blu-ray to watch HD movies which is a plus. Is that Sony a plasma or LCD? Games look better in a HD-LCD tv. Another plus is that it's a flat screen so less space and you can always hang it on the wall.
