Ok, so I basically have two types of braces to choose from. I can get either ceramic braces or normal metal braces. I heard that ceramic braces can stain your teeth, but then again, metal braces would look horrible on me! Please help me pick. Thanks in advance!

both types of braces will leave a little white square on your teeth if you have bad oral hygiene, if you keep it up and dont have dark coloured foods then you're fine, im proof of it, i had ceramic and my teeth are fine....BTW dont dont dont get invisaline!!!!

I have metal ones and they aren't too bad, but if you do get ceramic ones and they leave a stain, you can get Crest Whitestrips or your dentist can prescribe something, there are always solutions don't worry

trust me. everyone looks a bit odd with braces no matter what kind they are the first little bit. but after a while you and everyone else gets used to them. so id go with the metal ones because its much less of a risk. :] good luck
