Please dont stope eating. Just eat healthier, eat less, drink lots of ice cold water.. 60 ounces or more a day, and exercise, and do cardio..walking, running, jumprope, etc. I lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks doing this.

Yes, you will lose muscle and fat, at first. But soon, your body will go into "starvation" mode and it will start conserving fat. The best way to lose fat, but conserve lean muscle is to eat regularly, and add-on cardio and weight-lifting exercise. I tried a diet of less than 1500 cals per day and all I did was lose muscle and keep the fat. Starving yourself also makes you feel dizzy and confused, plus you are more likely to gorge yourself later on. Stick to several small meals and snacks throughout the day, and you can still lose weight, without feeling sick or hungry. I'd start by not changing your diet and simply adding more exercise. Then, make small changes in your diet, as you get physically stronger. Good luck! :)

A little at first, but hunger pains are horrible, and your body will attempt to adjust so you'll stop loosing weight. This is very unhealthy.

You can loose more weight faster by exercising and eating better, if you want to try one of those crappy diets, the best one from experience that's still fairly healthy is the "cabbage soup diet" as you still get a decent amount of vegetables and with spices the soup actually tastes not so bad.

Shop for food when your not hungry, and train yourself to eat a piece of fruit instead of a packet of crisps. In the end it's all down to repetition, and remember to drink water, because it maybe that your thirst not hungry. Dance to some fast paced music at home, for at least half an hour a day, five days a week, and walk as much as you can. You will drop the weight in a matter of a couple of weeks, I did doing just what I suggested.

It actually can do the opposite. If you stop eating, and let's say you have a meal after a while, your body will go into survival mode and keep everything that you just ate and store it as fat. The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. Starving yourself is dangerous, makes you unhappy and unhealthy, physically, mentally and emotionally!

Yes........to a certain extent. Let me explain.......you stop eating, then your metabolism will slow down, so you'll lose weight slower than just excersize. It's better to do a life style change, and watch what you eat, watch your portion sizes, and excersize. I wish you the best of luck.

You may lose weight, but not fat. Your body will actually break down muscle tissue and you just end up being a smaller version with the same amount of fat. You have to eat enough to not allow this to occur.

Never stop eating to lose weight. EVER!!! You will not only lose weight slower because your body will try to store everything you have, you will destroy your body. Your body will eat muscle before it uses the fat, unless you are eating healthy and exercising.

No. If you stop eating you will die.
Try to eat less. Helps with some appetite suppressant like Hoodia Gordonii instead.
