Everyone in a school should be treated the same. You can't tell students who don't know English that they do not have to take the test or do any homework. That would sort of reward them for not knowing English, and the other people that did know English would be very upset and wonder why they should try. Instead of letting the students that don't speak English get easy grades, the school should offer tutoring and the student should take an ESL (English as a Second Language) class to improve his or her English skills.
(and yes, you may quote)

Non English Speakers?

You mean people (students) that don't speak English, right?

I don't think they should get special treatment. You didn't state the grade level in which you speak about. If these students are in high school, then maybe they need to go back a few grades until they get the English down, can talk the language before attempting to get through high school.

If you are in America "LEARN OUR LANGUAGE".

America is an English speaking country, not any other. If you can't speak the language then move back to your native land or learn to respect the country in which you reside. Learn our language and stop trying to have us convert to your language in OUR country.

America may be the land of freedom and made up of immigrates from all over the world, but America was founded on the Word of God, was and is considered a English speaking country. So live with it or go back to the land in which you left.

Most immigrates leave their native land due to the government and rules (they didn't like), yet when they land in America they want the same thing they left behind... doesn't make sense.

Quote me all you want... just make sure you quote me correctly.

They shouldn't be treated special, they are normal people, just not from the same place as us English speakers.
