Do they really work? I have been taking them for about 2 weeks now, and was just wondering if I am wasting my time. Both my dad and grandma have Alzeimers. I think I'll get it eventually, too. I am trying to do anything I can to prevent it.

When I am tired, my vision loses its sharpness. This is a small sign that tells me that my body is tired. I work 20 hours every Sunday-Monday as a systems engineer, so I really go through work that requires intense concentration.

I have been taking the pills and they actually keep my vision clear and provide me a bit more 'juice' to take on the day. I really don't feel any smarter, but like attempting to write a paper over night, you don't realize how bad you are doing and how slow you actually are sometimes, and with missing sleep, I actually start to forget the day. The pills help me a little here. As for the long run, you would probably have to research the vitamins and minerals it contains.

Just my 2 cents.

You can do just as well taking vitamin B complex, omega fatty acid, ginkgo biloba, co Q10, alpha lipoic acid, phosphatidyserine and Huperzine A I doubt you would even need ALL those.

Yes, my girlfriend used them for a short time. They didn't do a damn thing except separate her form the money she spent on them.
