Stop working out when you are dead.

There have been many athletes like Nadia (gymnastics) who start working out at the age of three. However, a normal 13 year-old (and younger) get work-outs through running, playing, and just being kids. However, to help them channel their energy, sports like football, baseball, dodge ball are good for childreen.

by work-out i am assuming you mean lift weights. I believe 14 is the youngest. Younger kids shouldnt because it may harm their bodies more then help them. It has to do with development.

You should work out. "80s" is wrong. I was playing golf with this 82 yr. old. just keep on running (or whatever). When you are younge, it is good to excersize, just dont lift weights 'till you are older.
