What you mean by kinda rape? Did he or didn't he? He is not the kind of guy you want for a friend, he has no respect for women if he rapes them. Stay away from him.

Stay as far away from him as possible, make everyone you know aware of of the situation for your own protection. Until u think you are no longer a "target" make sure you are never alone or alone as little as possible. Keep a can of pepper spray or preferrably mace on you at all times. It may seems a little overboard or even crazy but is it worth taking a gamble only to be raped yourself? One more thing...you don't "kind" of rape a girl, you do or you don't. Before you go around using that word liberally make sure it was actually rape. I know of guys who have in fact raped a girl and deserve to be raped by some big guy in jail named Bubba and I know of girls who willingly had sex with a man and than decided they didn't want to have sex and thought they could make it "unhappen" by accusing the man of rape, destroying his life. If you are not 100% sure rape happened than don't use that word just tell people he gives you the creeps and you are scared of him and you don't want to be alone and so forth. Just try never be alone and keep your distance and do whatever you can to not even speak to him.

IF he kinda raped someone, that was probably not the first. Dont be the next victim. Tell your parents. No body kinda rapes somebody, Rape is violence against women and children, Tell him u are not interested in him. If he persists tell him you will report him to the authorities That he will go to jail if in no uncertain terms. And there he will get a taste of rape and it is no fun. Talk to a trusted adult. you should be protected. Don't ever be alone with him , talk to him anything.
