My girlfreind of a 2 months recently broke up with me. Its been about a week since I've talked to her and just yesterday I asked her to hang out as freinds. I still really like her and wanna get back together with her but she said she just wants to be friends. So what should I say , act like and do when we hang out.

As a girl who has been in this situation (hanging out with an ex who still likes me), it is only uncomfortable! My advise is do NOT hang out with her, and if you do it will be awkward... so expect it.
Think of it the other way around. Some girl you broke up with calls you up and asks if you want to hang out as friends. You are pretty sure she still likes you but you have no feelings for her. Quite weird.
Anyways, if you insist on hanging out with her whatever you do, do NOT even TRY to make a move on her, talk about you guys dating, or hint towards the fact you still like her. It will only make things strange. Try and act like you two did when you were friends before you met.
