I had DirecTV and now I have Dish Network. I liked Directv better. How about you?

I've had both and DirecTV is better. I'm using dvr receivers with integrated Tivo. This will change the way you watch TV! You will never have to worry about missing your favorite shows again. You can set it to record anything you want and watch it later. Plus, you can fast forward the commercials! It can also pause or rewind live TV. Let's say your watching a good show and the phone rings or someone's at the door. YOU CAN PAUSE!! Isn't that awesome?!?!? Then start it again were you left off. I highly recommend DirecTV using dvr receivers. They have a hd-dvr also. Same as the other dvr but with high-def channels.

Hi there!
My husband and I had Directv and we switched to Comcast digital cable with On Demand when we moved. Comcast is so much better than Directv! I would highly reccomend it. It is a tad bit more expensive than Directv, but it's so worth it! The picture quality is better, there are more channels to choose from, and with On Demand you have access to hundreds of movies, shows and different types of music. :)

I have DirecTV, and I really love it. Switch back to DirecTV.

We have had Sirius in our truck since January. We LOVE it!! As for satellite vs cable..... I'm leaning towards satellite these days. The cable company in my new area is expensive, limited and sucks!! I am trying to set up satellite, going with DISH. I can get DVR for like $5.00. We can set up like 4 TVs. 120 channels and i think it's all about 65.00 a month with a rebate for 10 a month for the next 10 months. digital cable out here runs close to 70.

girl.... change back to directv...... i had dish for a while and then got directv... glad i changed

Dish is what we use and we love it. Great shows and lineup and we have had no problems with it.
