DON'T SAY ANYTHING. ALL HE WANTS IS YOUR ATTENTION.
So, the best way to go about this is to ignore him. Not totally ignore him and not literally when he's around you but be more subtle about it. Don't answer his messages or try to avoid seeing him somehow and don't follow his footsteps [as well as don't leaves trails so that he won't follow you].
And the most hardest part: Make sure you're booked all the time [or pretend you're busy]. And have other guy friends around you, maybe that might get him off.
But don't really say anything directly.

be nice and explain that your not the person for him or that you dont want to hurt him and if you have been his friend for a while be for you found out that he liked you tell him that the friend ship is more improtant becuase if it goes wrong you would lose a friend and a mate. or simply tell him that your not ready for dating how old are you blame it on your parents.

Well, you dont have to say anything, just be normal and try to be nice to him but make sure he knows you only like him as a friend. If you cant then tell your friend and lots of other people and soon, he will know about it. :) Just be nice to him...and...do like be all ewwwwwww. he likes me :)
