i am not on a diet. i choose to eat normally, and exercise daily instead. much better choice if you ask me.

I just eat right (fruits/vegis, protein, less carbs, little sugar), exercize daily(at LEAST 30 mins of vigarous activity) , and keep my spirits up and somehow i am losing weight!
