Is there any research that drinks that contain caffeine help stop your growth? If no, then what foods, drinks, herbs, ect.. help do that? My daughter is 5'4" and she is 11, and she does not want to grow enormous.

I have never heard of such thing! and I don't think caffeine has anything to do with height. She is too young to drink caffeine too! However, if your daughter is playing basketball or swimming, I would recommend that she switches to another type of sports that won't elongate her bones.

Do not worry about her growth. If she started her growth spurt early she will end early. Go to a doctor and they can predict how tall she will be, but it is very likely she will she will stop very soon. If she has been average on her growth curves all her life she will probably get taller than most then en up short. So you want her to grow some more. I am assuming she has started into puberty which is pretty early for most people. Check to see if any one else in your family started puberty early. People are getting taller every generation, so even if she is tall now compared to other kids, she will end up average or short when they are all done growing. If she has been tall all her life, then you may want to talk to your doctor about her eventual height.
Good Luck.

Exactly what is enormous. Most models are very tall but not enormous. I don't think I would give an 11 year old caffeine to stunt her growth. Let her grow to her natural height and teach her to accept herself for who she is, height and all.

I believe that smoking and lifting weights while growing stunt your growth. They're both highly unrecommended though. Don't know of any clean living routes to stop you from growing. I think all girls of her age have issues with their bodies... my friends sister was 5'4" at eleven and stopped there. Just tell her she's beautiful.

Brewed tea has a decrease caffeine content than espresso and provides you with a calmer style of wakefulness. you may want to also try putting ice cubes on your wrist. it would want to help to jolt you unsleeping.
