then they all click their communicator and say 'beam me up Scotty" and they all dissapear I suppose?

the problem is many Christians and creationists are very scientifically minded and many scientists are as dogmatic as any religious folk. Christians were in fact among the founders of the scientifi revolution so the question is a major disconnect from reality.

This is not going to happen. I believe in the Bible and there is no way that God will take to Heaven people that haven't accepted the gift Jesus gave when He died on the cross for your sin and mind. He promises to take the believers (Christians) up to Heaven with Him and He always has and always will keep His promises.

Ecclesiasticus
Chapter 1

36 Be not incredulous to the fear of the Lord: and come not to him with a double heart. 37 Be not a hypocrite in the sight of men, and let not thy lips be a stumblingblock to thee. 38 Watch over them, lest thou fall, and bring dishonour upon thy soul, 39 And God discover thy secrets, and cast thee down in the midst of the congregation. 40 Because thou camest to the Lord wickedly, and thy heart is full of guile and deceit.

Christ says "I come quickly"

The Apocalypse Of Saint John
Chapter 22
16 I Jesus have sent my angel, to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the root and stock of David, the bright and morning star. 17 And the spirit and the bride say: Come. And he that heareth, let him say: Come. And he that thirsteth, let him come: and he that will, let him take the water of life, freely. 18 For I testify to every one that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book: If any man shall add to these things, God shall add unto him the plagues written in this book. 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from these things that are written in this book. 20 He that giveth testimony of these things, saith, Surely I come quickly: Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

Many Christians who do not agree that there will be a pre-tribulation rapture of the Church point out that it is a relatively new doctrine, first popularized in the 1800s and elaborated on subsequently. There are whole denominations that reject it for this reason. The Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox do not accept it either, as such a thing as "rapture" was never taught by any of their bishops, from the beginning. Instead of "being taken up into Heaven", these churches follow the scriptures (such as Isaiah) clearly describing a physical Kingdom of Heaven that will be on a renewed Earth, following the Great Tribulation, the Resurrection of the Dead, and Judgment Day. For all practical purposes no Christians held to the pre-tribulation rapture theory before Darby in the 1820s.

lol the rapture will mostly take them but it will take verybody else including sinners and in the year we are in right now, it seems everyone has committed a sin against the bible so i dont think many of us will go to heaven until we are perfect.

No please that would be an Abomination. I don't want no rapture taking me. Here I will be nice and rested in my pile of dust of my grave and suddenly I feel that girding light grasp me and carry me of to heaven for eternity. God Forbid xx
