Well, I use either pork spareribs or babyback. The spareribs have more meat. Cut them into smaller pieces and boil for 20 mins. Mix this marinade
1 cup vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1 can pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper
2 tsp cornstarch mixed in 1/2 cup water
mix together and pour over the ribs.
Cook on low heat (200-250) for about 3-4 hours and just let em sit. I usually turn them in the sauce so the flavor is infused. If you do not have enough sauce then just make another batch using 1/2 those ingredients. It depends on how many ribs you have. This will usually work for 3 lbs..
Serve with rice, salad, potato salad etc..

I use salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce to season my ribs overnight. I cover them in heavy foil for that space of time. Then the next day, I preheat the oven. I take the ribs out of my refrigerator and put oregano, sage, seasoned salt, onion and garlic powder on them. I usually slice onions and spread them out over the ribs. Then, after the ribs have cooked for a while, I add pulpy orange juice as a cover for the ribs. Now, if I need anything else, I use Open Pit (regular) barbeque sauce. It is fantastic. Remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

Slather them in BBQ sauce and put in a large baking dish/pan, bake for at least 4 hours at 325. If you don't need to hurry, don't boil them first, it makes them taste pretty bland, all the fat boils out and off instead of into the meat.
Remember cooking times for pork and beef, both need to cook high enough to kill e-coli or other bacteria, I believe 160 or higher does it, but you should search Yahoo for cooking temps, regardless, at 325 for 4 hours or so the meat will be gosh awful tender, and bacteria all taken care of. Wash your hand well when handling any meats to help prevent cross contamination! :)

i watched my father cook them for years. this is what you do. you buy the ribs and then you season them one day before you cook it. keep it in frige after you season them. the next day, cook them in the oven for 4-5 hours. at about 45 minutes to when you are going to eat it, out lots of bbq sauce on it and put it back in the oven for the 45 minutes left of the 4 or 5 hours. then, take them out and it is finished. voila, the best description you will find on yahoo answers.

Best way that I have made is to pre-boil them. You can boil them in water or beer and water or anyway you would like.
Then BBQ them over a med fire for a few hours. and don't forget to use BBQ sauce.

Applebee's Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
3 racks (about 1 lb each) pork baby back ribs, each cut in half
Kraft brand original barbecue sauce
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp dark brown sugar
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tspn liquid smoke
½ tspn salt
Preparation & Cooking Instructions
Put the ribs in a large pot and add enough water to cover them. Bring the water to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 1 hour or until ribs are “fork tender.”
As ribs boil, mix all sauce ingredients together in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring constantly, for about 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Preheat over for high broil. Line broiler with foil for easy cleanup.
When ribs and sauce are finished cooking, remove from heatbsp
Place ribs, meat side down, on the broiler pan. Brush with ½ the sauce and broil for about 6 to 7 minutes.
Turn the ribs over. Brush them with the remaining sauce and broil 6 to 7 minutes longer or until edges are slightly charred.
Remove from broiler and serve immediately.
Chilli's Grilled Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
1½ cups water
1 cup white vinegar
½ cup tomato paste
1 tbsp yellow mustard
2/3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 tspn hickory flavoring liquid smoke
1 ½ tspn salt
½ tspn onion powder
¼ tspn garlic powder
¼ tspn paprika
Preparation & Cooking Instructions
Make the barbecue sauce by combining all of the ingredients for the sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat When it comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer sauce, stirring often, for 45 to 60 minutes or until sauce is thick.
When you're ready to make the ribs, preheat the oven to 300°F.
Brush sauce over the entire surface of each rack of ribs.
Wrap each rack tightly in aluminum foil and arrange the packets on a baking sheet with the seam of the foil facing up.
Bake for 2 to 2½ hours or until the meat on the ribs has pulled back from the cut ends of the bones by about ½".
When the ribs are just about done, preheat your barbecue grill to medium heat.
Remove the ribs from the foil (careful not to burn yourself- the liquid inside will be hot!) and grill them on the barbecue for 4 to 8 minutes per side or until the surface of the ribs is beginning to char.
Brush sauce on both sides of the ribs a few minutes before you remove them from the grill. Just be sure not to brush on the sauce too soon or it could burn.
Serve the ribs with extra sauce on the side and lots of napkins.
