The weight you want to lose is vanity weight, you seem like you're in great shape and should be concerned that your fat loss will come off your breasts. If you want to adjust your body mass you should do more resistance training to build some muscle tissue, making you look even better than you think you do. But you seem to have the right bodymass ratio.
To do this and eat what you want is just making sure your calorie output exceeds your calorie input. Work out more than you do now and eat the same amount.

you sound like a very good weight though.
Eat healthier, eat less, drink lots of ice cold water.. 60 ounces or more a day, and exercise, and do cardio..walking, running, jumprope, etc. I lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks doing this.
This is at a rate of 2lbs a week , which is healthy and realistic. It works if you just stick with it.

Join the gym, do weight training and cardio workouts for about an hour a day, (here's my favorite part) eat just about whatever you want whenever you want. Being physically fit, and not concerned about a number works like this. It is a beautiful thing.

You are (I put you in for 17 yr. girl) almost underweight. If you lost 5 lbs you would be underweight. I'm sure you are quite pretty. If you want to lose weight, I suppose you should eat whole grain breads instead of white. But please understand that weight loss is bad if you are that skinny. Thinking your fat at that weight-height is crazy. GAIN WEIGHT, dont lose it.

are you developing an eating disorder, quit being unhealthy
5'9", 125 lbs.
Your BMI score is: 18.4
A BMI score of less than 18.5 indicates you are underweight. You may wish to consult with your healthcare professional or nutritionist to discuss whether any health risks are associated with being underweight

You shouldn't lose anymore weight. If you want to tone, than I would work out, but if you cut out food you are at risk of anorexia.
