This year i had to get many repairs done to my car i waisted more money than what my car is worth now. But I really was wondering this because some one had told me about it But i really didn't believe them.

You can claim car repairs and maintenance only if you use your car to make your income. This has to be part of your job description and would have to be signed for by your boss. Simply driving to get back and forth to work is sadly not included in this although it sure would be nice!!!!!!!!

The above answer is true, but in addition, if you have your own business even if you are employed elsewhere at least a portion of your total auto expenses can be deducted. That is why so many people are into home businesses.
