Check with the airline. Most of them require a hard-side carrier. The description doesn't mention airline approval.
Keep in mind that a 2 month old puppy may be too young to travel. Make sure to check the airline for their reqirements.
You haven't mentioned what kind of puppy or how big he is. To go in the cabin, the carrier must fit under the seat in front of you. Many if not most of those carriers on the linked page appear to be too large.

its great and its pink i love pink ihope its a girl lol but i think it is really a good carrier.
