I would look at lender websites to see what they can offer. There should be some one who will look at your circumstances and assist you.

Even with bad credit, anyone can get a credit card, your interest rate will just be high. Banks that give credit cards to people with bad credit are HSBC and First Premier Bank.

Try First Premier Bank or Orchard Bank. They both deal with people with bad credit. If they don't approve you, need to get a secured card. Go to creditcards.com and click on credit cards for bad credit on the left and that'll take you to where to apply for First Premier and Orchard Bank cards.

Then next best thing is to try a secured credit card. Go to http://www.bankrate.com/ and click on the credit card icon. There is a list of secured credit cards you may qualify for.

More than likley you won't be able to. You can get a secured card, but that is when you have to pay up front. Kind of like putting money on a card.

if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,
