I should not recommend this but I am going to anyway. Send as many signals to him as you can that you are interested. Smiling, flirting, whatever you want that will let him know how you feel without coming right out and saying it. If he is not happy he needs to know how you feel. Then he can make his decision on what to do next. I am just afraid if you don't he may just stay with the status quo and not make any move. It sounds like you both would regret that later. Good luck.

Don't go out with him. Even if he broke up with her, what is gonna stop him the next time he likes some one? He'll dump YOU for the next sweet young thing.
