This is a real answer to your question, not a smart aleck response (Though I did think of several ;-)
God DID create us perfectly!!! God created a perfect Adam and Eve!! He also created us with free will because he recognized that we would just be robots without it (OK, that is paraphrased).
Eve used her free will to sin, and Adam followed suit. After that, well it has all been downhill.

He didn't I was born to inperfect parents. Kind of like making a copy machine. We are just copies of the first two originals.
By this time the originals are getting pretty corrupted.
He only created angels, they are direct creations.

Yes, He creates me, you, the stone, the vine, the bee..., all other visible and invisible things beyond our knowledge in order that all can share part of His illimitable glory. It is regretful for any rational beings who refuse to learn this truth from the Holy Books, from the Book of Nature, especially from the Book of their Souls.

One of the reasons God formed and made me was so I could tell you that Jesus loves you, just as you are without reservation or prejudice. There is only one thing you can do to please God and that is to accept Him just as you want others to accept you. God does not require this of you He just wants you to know that He is there and available if you would like to meet Him and get to know Him in person.
Have a great day!

If he made us perfect we wouldn't be able to see that He was perfect.
Figured i'd beat the christians to it.

We were made perfect, but then we chose to become inperfect (or Eve chose for us, really)
