i really want to get rid of it so i can get a 6-pack i really need help!

It's simple and tried and true and the only thing that works.

A simple diet and excercize. If you do some light strength
training and sit-up and rows you will lose the fat and start building muscle. Now remeber to get the wasboard you have to have the washboard body type. You can build muscle ad be firm, even hard as a rock and still be more roundish.

A good diet, and a fair amount of excercize will get you in the best shape you can be in which may include a 6 pack, or just getting good and solid. but either way yo'll no longer have a keg!

It is wise to check w/ your Dr. to see if you are healthy enough for exericize!

You have to lose weight and exercise. There isn't any way to target weight loss to a specific area of the body, though doing exercises can add definition. It is especially difficult for a female, to define the area because women are designed to have that little fat pocket under the umbilicus.

The Abs. Diet might be a good start.. Basically cutting bad carbs.. burning more calories ie.. walking, jogging, running anything to burn more calories. No soft drinks, candy etc.. complex carbs are good as well as lean protein. Check out the abs diet. good book. I use an Ab lounge,but it's not necessary

DO SIT-UPS IT WILL TAKE A WHILE TO GET A 6 PACK BUT IT REALLY WORK JUST DO SIT-UPS EVERYDAY ABOUT 50.

I think that you could do some stomach crunches. Not full sit ups but cruches.
