Oatmeal not only tastes delicious, it's good for your heart. Research conducted over the past 40 years shows that eating 3g of soluble fiber daily from oatmeal, in a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease.* Quaker Oatmeal helps lower your total cholesterol, and LDL ("bad") cholesterol, and that can help keep your arteries clean and healthy.

You won't know until you've tried it and checked your cholesterol after a couple months. The old fashioned kind is really an almost perfect food. High in fiber, this 100% whole grain helps to lower cholesterol, manage blood pressure and promote healthy arteries. Can't beat that!!!

Very. Do the most unusual thing. A web search. While you're doing that, look up: Spelt, Barley, Whey.
Remember that Barley is what they use to feed Gladiators because it built muscle specifically. Their owners didn't want to lose out on their investment. It took a lot to build a Gladiator. Know why they called them ' Gladiators ' ? Because that's the name of a Roman sword. A Gladius. Guaranteed to make you anything but glad.

Only if you rub it all over your body and then eat it off.
Just playing with you.
Yes, oatmeal is good for you. It has a medium GI and is whole grain. The best oatmeal is the slow cooked kind.
Please don't really rub it all over your body.

Yes, it contains lots of fiber, which helps your digestive system process food better. Also, it fills you up and keeps you feeling full so you won't eat as much.
