I normally use ice cream and milk together so it does not get too runny.
And if I am really organized, I freeze a bunch of strong coffee into ice cubes.

My first try I used coffee and ice cubes and it did not work at all. :s

Make a cappuccino and then add ice or very cold ice cream! Or maybe both!!

so simple .make cappuccino with half&half (no milk please)and blend well in blender with ice+one scoop of Vanila or cappuccino ice-cream,serve with whipp cream on top and sprinkle cocoa.

make it like a normal one but with cold milk and ice. add abit of vanilla essence for a great flavour
