i know that you can use your last pay check stub to get a loan on your refund with several companys like jackson hewitt,H&R Block. hope this is helpful.

They will accept paper returns now. They will begin accepting electronic filing on January 12.

They will accept your tax return forms as soon as you have all the required accompanying documentation (i.e. W-2s). Generally, companies don't get these out that quickly and they are not legally required to.
