None of them work. They may temporarily help you lose weight but when you are off of them, or your body builds up tolerance to them, then you gain it back.
Losing weight is not losing weight if you gain it back.
That’s what diet pills do, why do you think there is a new popular one every few months.
Now if you wonder if there are any good supplements and my answer is yes.
There are some supplements that you can take that can enhance a very healthy diet and fitness program and help you to stay committed to it.
7 Keto is an awesome metabolic enhancing compound that helps to reduce body weight and body fat by giving you more of a hormone that tells your thyroid to increase your metabolism. You may say wow, that’s what I need. No, the 7-Keto is all you need, not the other stuff. Yes but no, see the body can only take so much of it at a time before its eliminated by the blood and the rest becomes expensive urine. So you cant just take it alone, it must be part of a plan.
Hoodia by itself, not combined with other compounds, appears to affect the brain by making the stomach feel full and reducing the desire to eat.
Offers safe, caffeine-free, non-stimulant weight management support when used alone. It also may help in metabolizing fats.
Multivitamins - help you maintain the muscle that you have by providing nutrients your cells need. Understand if you don’t put enough nutrients in your body, you will lose muscle because your body will eat the muscle for those nutrients.
These supplements should be part of an overall lifestyle change, to a healthier one.

Diet pills are never the answer, hunny. I suggest you do not take a diet pill because on the road to weightloss there aren't any shortcuts whatsoever. If you begin taking a diet pill, and if it helps you to lose weight, then you'll find yourself dependant on it to keep the weight off. Once you've reached your desired weight, and stop taking the pill, you'll be so alarmed at the weight you gain back almost instantaneously that you'll keep taking the pill again for the rest of your life. Hunny, don't take pills to lose weight. Do it the healthy way.

Well, I'm currently taking Hydroxycut (ephedra free) and have been taking 1 pill 3 x's a day for the last 4 days. I'll be chainging to 2 pills 3x's daily after day 5. Without sounding to graphic, I feel that this dosage is working for me by way of making me more "regular". I do a number "2" maybe 3-4 times a day, where as I used go maybe once and if I'm lucky twice daily. Doing this that often makes me feel lighter and less sluggish. I feel that these pill in that process and speed your metabolism without making you jittery because it's epheda free. I drink water and craberry juice to help me flush as well. Also, I've been walking on my treadmill for 45 minutes for the last 4 days and eating nutritiously. Give it a try and see how it goes.

I have taken them all: Merida, Fen Fen, Hoodia. They make you feel like you are on speed (I am guessing, I never took speed). I lost weight quickly and then put it all back on when I got off.
I have a hard time loosing weight but the only time I was ever able to keep it off is when I exercised. There is no magic pill. I am sorry.

Start drinking PLJ in the morning instead of drinking tea or coffee by putting a bit in a glass and dilute it by pouring warm water, it gets your bowels going. Drink water in the day time and evening. Also omega 3 fish oils.
