Well get you some of your favorite parts of the chicken, and its much healthier if you get it, skinless and or boneless too.... I happen to like the thighs, and skinless/boneless.... You can make honey chicken, how I make that is, I get like a cake pan, and alot of chicken thighs, for left overs, and put a tad of water in the bottom of the pan, and pour dark honey all over both sides, and fresh garlic, or bottled garlic powder on both sides, bake at 350 for about 45-50minutes or so,.....Ooohhhh , so yummy and moist, it just falls apart, from the water, in there...... You can do the same for barbecue chicken....... Just make or buy your favorite barbecue sauce, and add garlic powder once again.. On both sides. and before the 45 minutes are up, turn your oven on broil, for only 3-5 minutes to get the chicken a little crispy , (as if it were on the barbecue pit), and that chicken is so deliscious as well. Good luck to you.... You can even stuff it, with your favorite types of stuffing,, and buy it with the skins on it, to put the stuffing under the skins, and throw in some baked potatoes, steam up some good vegeez to go with it..... Yummo!!! Oh, and if you do it, with stuffing, get you a baster, and take the baster and check the chicken about every 10-15 minutes or so, and baste the water over the top of the chicken , just as you would in the old days a turkey!! Have fun with it, all !! Happy Eating to you & yours!! Smile!!

this is a great recipe because you can bake it at the same time as you bake the chicken. peel 6 medium potatoes and cut them into 2 inch cubes, melt 1 stick real butter and add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon Lowery's season salt, and a couple of dashes of dried basil [fresh basil is better chopped up if you can get it] and two chopped up cloves of garlic. mix it all in the melted butter. put potatoes in a baking dish pour the seasoned butter on top stir till potatoes are covered then spared them out and bake for about 30 min. this is a great side dish for a lot of meals i hope you'll try it!

1. Clean potatoes, do not peel, but cut them in wedges, put them on a baking tin. Sprinkle with olive oil, rosemary and salt. Leave for 20 minutes in an oven of about 200 degrees Celcius.
2. Steamed brocolli.
3. Apple sauce, home made. With a bit of cinnamon and lemon zest.
4. Peas, carrots.

well, small Yukon gold potatoes washed and boiled in a little bit of chicken broth seasoning with salt and pepper, wait until tender then add crumbled dried rosemary or fresh chopped, thyme crumble or if fresh chopped, cooked just a few more min. Or you can make mac and cheese but not that poison you get from a box. Broccoli with cheese on top, asparagus, and don't forget the bread or rolls

Steamed broccoli, carrots and squash. The strong flavors will compliment the more delicate taste of chicken. Also, do a starch like new potatoes or stuffing.
