Don't work the same muscles out day after day. When you work out you're actually breaking your muscles down so that your body can rebuild them even stronger. If you work the same muscles out day after day, you're not giving them time to rebuild themselves. You're actually hurting your muscles by excercising day after day. Try excercising different muscles every other day. It'l make a big difference. Good Luck!!

You should only work out every other day on a specific group of muscles. If you like to work out all the time, try working your upper body one day and lower body the next, this way you can still enjoy an everyday workout and still get the one day in between that you need to prevent injury. Good luck and have fun!!

Not sure about your age and yrs. of training..but personally... it's better to take days off in between your training to give your body a chance to recoup. and grow.. eating good proteins and carbs would be your key to sucess in weight lifting. I've been doing it over 35 yrs. Check out programs by Clarence Bass, Bill Pearl or some of the newer ones.. Body for Life.. Bill Phillips(think that's his name). Keep your muscles guessing..Body building takes time. You can do upper body once, rest then lower body and rest again and back to upper body etc.. No such thing as the perfect workout.. see what works for you!

You need to be sure you rotate the muscle groups that you are working, If you are going to werkout everyday. That way your body will get the rest it needs to rebuild. Chest and arms 1 ay. Back and shoulders next day. legs after that. 1 day of Cardio. 1 day of rest or light cardio. Then repeat....

You need to have a rest day (at least one) every week so your muscles can recover. Without recovery, you'll never tone or build, you'll just start breaking the muscle down because it can't cope. (I'm sure there's a better way of explaining this medically, but I'm just passing on what a personal trainer told me years ago.)

You can workout everyday, but it should be a different muscle group every day. The idea is that when you workout you are actually causing tears to the muscle, alternating muscle groups allows the mucle to repair itself.

Everyday is fine as long as you are working different sets of muscles on that day.
Your muscles need a day to rest and re-build the mass
