halogen fog light question?

I am putting halogen bulbs in my bumper lights, and rewiring them to be fog lights. Does it matter what size fuse (how many amps) i use in the positive wire, or how many amps my rocker switch is rated at?

(bumper lights in my 1991 honda accord)

these people are dumb. you're obviously not stupid enough to put a halogen lamp in a fog light. therefore, you must have a halogen FOG LIGHT bulb that is 100w. anyway, you should use a 20 amp fuse, and at least 14 gauge wire.

the easy fix is buy a set of FOG LIGHTS...they usually have fitting instructions on the box.

if you try making your bumper lights in to fog lights you can work out how many amps the bulbs pull by there wattage eg two at 120 watts 240 watts total 12 volt system 2 amps drain so a fuse slightly above this would do....
heat could also be a problem as the bulbs will get hot

this isnt as much of a problem if they are not used a huge amount..or they are only on when the car is mobile ( air cooled)
