Druidry requires a lot of work, but that can be rewarding. Druidry contains many secrets, and its rituals are the most visually stunning. I have witnessed one walk through a mirror before. Druid secrecy prevents many people from obtaining the highest knowledge, but if you have a connection....

Wicca isn't as fancy, but it can be more practical. It isn't nearly as secret as Druidry can be.

Note: Druid secrecy exists for a reason. It is not evil.

All in all, no system is really better, you must simply decide which one fits you the most.

druids were a plus 43 last season and wiccan was plus 30

Well, I'm Wiccan and I don't see any minuses to it at all. I haven't looked into druidry very deeply, but it's not my path so I can't speak for it. Look them both up. If you're seriously considering converting, one will strike a chord with you (Wicca made complete and total sense to me when I started looking into it).

druid and wiccan are still pagan. but each has their own belief system. go to your local library and read up a little on each.
