I just saw on CBS that 80% of American Iraqis are Christian. Is this a correct analysis?

Also that most of them have Christian family in Iraq who are persecuted for their faith, their culture & association with the West. One American Iraqi interviewed, her father was murdered before he could come to America.

Yes, that's probably true. Not all Arabs are Muslim, and a lot more than you would think are Christian.
