I have no tattoos but im geeting one small one that could be covered. And this person has enough that she would go in a goth category.

if they are covered in it, then yes. but if they have maybe 1 or 2 small tattoos and no more than 3 piercings, then it would be okay

I don't have any, but my husband has a couple of tattoos, and that's fine with me. I'm fine with people having a handful of tattoos, its the massive amounts of body piercing that turns me off. But to each their own.

Definitely not a turn off, i think it's cool, if the gal doesn't approve I suggest finding another.

No it wouldn't be a turn off at all, it would be eye catching for me and I would like to hear what they represent.
