My arm and my hand get numb all the time specially when I asleep.?

Do you have any other muscle weakness in that hand? Numbness especially during sleeping can also be a symptom of Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OSS) or Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI). Best to get it checked out by a doctor.

When you're sleeping, you're probably sleeping on your arm. So it blocks off the blood flow to your arm. Other than that, you may have high colestorol or high blood pressure. So get checked by a doctor.
