Grab a bucket or empty trash can and fill it with water and try to unplug the toilet or use the plunger if they have one. Pretending it was already broken is a good one too.

If I can help it and I don't have the runs, I try to go at my own house. I have a tendency to clog it. Not with tp mind you, but with excretement. I have had this happen at a friend's place and he had a plummer's helper. I got lucky. I just leave it if it is a public restroom.

Ooh, that's embarrassing. It hasn't happened to me and I hope it never does. I think it's worse if it happens at a friend's house. In a public bathroom, you won't see those people again. :)

When nature calls you gotta go! Why hold yourself and become in pain or risk having an accident? Carry a small bottle of deodorizer in your purse or backpack and spray after your done.

I did @ my friend's house. She was having a party too. I told them it was broke. They kinda laughed @ me, but then forgot about it.
