You will have to throw them out and purchse a new pack/box of Condoms. The reason that condoms have an expiration date is that the elastisticy of the plastic will withstand the friction when having sex.
"Check expiration dates on the box of condoms. You may see the package marked with “Exp,” showing the expiration date, or “MFG,” the manufacture date. Do not use condoms beyond the expiration date or more than 5 years after the manufacture date. Old condoms can become dry and break more easily. Brittle, sticky, or discolored condoms are old and may break"

"I have two of your condoms that have expired according to the package. Can I use them?
Condoms should not be used after they reach the expiration date."

bypass on your close by wellbeing branch and %. up a sparkling handful. as for the previous ones, you could continuously blow them up and dangle them on your neighbor's motor vehicle antennas so as that they could locate their motor vehicle while they are leaving the procuring mall. even expired condoms could be relaxing! only in no way have intercourse with out your house minimum.

Toss them out. It is not worth the risk of a STD or having an unwanted baby.

Well, you could make balloons but seriously, throw them away. The rubber is no good any longer and not safe to use without splitting.
Be safe.

Throw them away.
I would suggest buying new ones, but obviously you are not using them much and that would just be a waste of money.
